Dr. Jennifer Leathe is a board-certified pediatrician who has worked in private practice since 1997. She is dedicated to providing the highest quality of pediatric care.
Dr. Leathe currently serves as the Pediatric Team Leader at North Shore Health Systems and previously sat on North Shore Health System’s Board of Directors. She has won numerous awards for Continuing Medical Education and Professional Development from the American Academy of Pediatrics and is a recipient of the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Award for Excellence in Primary Care.
Dr. Leathe began her medical career in the military, serving on active duty as a Major in the U.S. Army Medical Corps. She spent several years at the Reynolds Army Community Hospital in Fort Sill, O.K., eventually becoming Chief of Pediatrics and working to build a Maternal-Child Education Center to support healthy infants, women, and children. This cause continues to inspire her today, prompting her to volunteer with Partners in Development to help underprivileged toddlers and infants in Guatemala and Mississippi.
Dr. Leathe is a graduate of New York Medical College and completed her residency in pediatrics at the Madigan Army Medical Center. She resides in Topfield, M.A. with her husband, Russell, and has three children: Joshua, Jonathan, and Jessica.
