Kids’ Health is led by Dr. Jennifer L. Leathe, M.D., F.A.A.P. and Dr. Thomas J. McLaughlin, M.D., F.A.A.P. Combined, they have more than 70 years of pediatric experience. They are joined by an expert six-member staff that’s always available to answer your questions.
Dr. Jennifer Leathe is a board-certified pediatrician who has worked in private practice since 1997. She is dedicated to providing the highest quality of pediatric care.
Dr. Leathe currently serves as the Pediatric Team Leader at North Shore Health Systems and previously sat on North Shore Health System’s Board of Directors. She has won numerous awards for Continuing Medical Education and Professional Development from the American Academy of Pediatrics and is a recipient of the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Award for Excellence in Primary Care. She has worked with Partners in Development volunteering her time and expertise to help underprivileged toddlers and infants in Mississippi and Guatemala.
Dr. Thomas McLaughlin is a board-certified pediatrician. He has more than 40 years of experience working in Massachusetts. Since 1983, in addition to maintaining his private practice, Dr. McLaughlin has worked as a school physician in the Danvers school system.
Dr. McLaughlin is a graduate of the Tufts University School of Medicine. He lives in Danvers, M.A. with his wife, Kathleen. He has four children: Timothy, Katelyn, Patrick, and Molly, and eight grandchildren.
Our physicians have admitting privileges at North Shore Children’s Hospital and Beverly Hospital. Subspecialty referrals can also be made to the following Boston institutions:
